Night Photography

So I got my Galaxy S22 Ultra yesterday and the camera lives up to all the hype. This was taken this evening around 9:00pm. There was VERY little light from the moon, and you could not see the stars. The sensor for night photos received an overhaul. The photo caught clouds rolling through the sky, some stars, and enough light to see it clearly.

Time

My wife bought me this pocket watch when I retired from the Marine Corps. I would be wearing suits to work each day and the watch was an old-fashioned touch.

Playing With Fire

Was at Cracker Barrel this morning and they had the fireplace going. It is so comforting to stand in front of a fire and feel the warmth against your back.

Editing Purple

Played with editing a little today. I am trying to keep the purple from washing out the green grass and white mailbox. The monochrome was just for fun.
